Irrfan Khan is an Indian actor in recent times has done enough good in Hollywood. The actor of 48 years India has started its journey in 2007 Hollywood with Michael Winterbottom directed film A Mighty Heart.
Since then, we have seen Khan in many Hollywood movies like The Namesake other, The Darjeeling Limited, Slumdog Millionaire, New York, I love you, Hisss and treatment. He just finished shooting for In Treatment and now he got his dream role in the Spiderman franchise. Khan has been offered to play the role of a villain in the next Spiderman movie.
Speaking about this latest venture Hollywood Irrfan says it's like a dream come true to be cast in this film. However, he did not elaborate much on his role and said he will play the wicked new Proto Goblin. The last film will also have a new director in the form of Marc Webb.
As from international sources, Irrfan character Van Atter will turn into Proto Goblin in the film. actress
Annie Parisse is likely to play the role of his wife. Khan said that these films continue to add new elements to the franchise and that's what excites him. Khan claims to have seen all the movies and read Spiderman comics
too. He adds that each new film puts new angle and new challenges and exploit the characters, while maintaining credibility.
Irrfan feels proud to be part of such a reputation that is justified given the popularity of the Spiderman series.
